When beginning your
journey of a healthy lifestyle it is best to set a desired goal for yourself,
whether it’s losing 200 pounds, eating healthier, hitting the gym, gaining
muscle, or cutting fatty foods. It is always the best to set goals because it
allows you to take control of your life, break habits, motivates you, and
determine if you’re closer to succeeding. Goals are sort of like eating a jar of
